1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders delivered to the Netherlands, France, Spain, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or additional shipping charges apply.
2. What are the processing and delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Saturday. The estimated transit time is then 4 to 8 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 5 to 11 business days. These timeframes may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
3. What is the cut-off time for my order to begin processing on the same day?
Orders placed before 6:00 pm CET/CEST, Amsterdam, on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Full processing may take 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed after this time, on Sundays or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return without having to provide a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging. A deduction may be made if the value of an item has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
5. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for your original order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
6. Can I exchange a product?
We do not currently offer standard exchanges. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. What are your customer service opening hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET/CEST, Amsterdam time, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We are closed on Sundays.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay, subject to availability in your country and on your device.
9. In which currencies are prices displayed?
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for France, Spain and the Netherlands, Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada, United States dollars (USD) for the United States and pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom.
