  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Order cut-off time: 6:00 pm CET/CEST, Amsterdam.
  • Orders placed after this time, on Sundays or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • We currently accept orders for delivery only to the Netherlands, France, Spain, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is free for all orders.
  • The estimated transit time is 4 to 8 business days.
  • The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.
  • External factors, such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions, may cause delays.
  • All orders include shipment tracking and shipping protection.
  • Please note: Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation. A deduction may be made if the value of an item has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
  • Return costs: Return shipping costs for returns unrelated to a defect are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for France, Spain and the Netherlands, Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada, United States dollars (USD) for the United States and pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom.
